José and Javier rescued my pool. The old homeowners never updated anything in the house so of course I was totally unsurprised when the ancient sand filter started blasting sand into the pool. Upgraded my old sand filter to a cartridge filter per their recommendations and a few days later my pool’s blue crystal clear sparkle had returned and is calling my name in this heat! Gotta give props to Jose who as at my house every day working magic to get rid of the milky opacity while also taking time to rinse off the new cartridge filter that was quickly filtering out and accumulating large amounts of thick beige paste-like residue (most probably due to the pool being a plaster finish which releases some of that finish whenever it’s shocked heavily… which I did do because of how green the pool was). For me it was all worth the effort so I can get back to my normal life and let the pros do what they do best. Will be having a pool party soon for sure. Thank you VIP Pool!!
Tampa VIP is the best pool service i have had in 15 years. I’m a building contractor and i asked my paver supplier who delivers the best quality service and they recommended VIP. I didn’t want to take chances after i refinished my pool. Javier runs a good company. Excellent service and excellent people. Five stars.
Tampa VIP Pool Services have been great to work with and their communication has been outstanding. Would highly recommend working with this company. I've been using them bi-weekly for awhile now and decided to go weekly. The owner Javier came out to fix an issue I had with the pump and immediately fixed it and now everything works great. The email reports of every visit including pictures of before and after of all the steps they do to complete the service, provides great peace of mind that its being done properly. With other companies you never know if the did everything or even added chemicals properly.
Over the past year, I've been using Tampa VIP Pool Services, and I've been truly impressed with their attention to detail throughout the entire service process. In this particular case, the technician Leisvel was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of pool maintenance. I highly recommend Tampa VIP Pool Services if you want a job well done.
