Great service! My pool had some green in it and definitely needed some attention. They did a thorough cleaning, including the filter, and really brought the pool back to life. The water is clear and blue again and looks so much better. Professional, knowledgeable, and great service overall. Definitely recommend Tampa VIP Pool Services!

What started as good service ended as horrible service! Constant change of unqualified workers. They have left the hose on, dirt all over the deck, gate unlocked and an array of broken pool pump parts left by the pump, including the dog hair from the filter all over the deck and in my plants instead of placing it in the garbage can. Owner said he would replace the pump timer door they broke, over and over again, never happened. I paid extra to have pressure gauge installed and that stopped working in weeks. The last three times the pool stayed cloudy and there is a fine sand something that they dumped into the pool and it settles on bottom and stairs and when you get in it stirs it all up and the pool is all cloudy again. Somehow in the week my pool drain was turned on and the pool drained below the skimmer, about 14 inches. I did not do it and they say they did not do it. Apparently a ghost came in and did it!!!!!!! I do not recommend. owners response does not mention the broken items him and I discussed him replacing which he did not nor does it discuss the pressure gauge he replaced and it does not work, or the big filter he asked I replace and I did. Nor, that the dog was here 2 weeks only otherwise only one person ever uses the pool. please do not mistrue his misleading remarks. UPDATE: It is now 6 months and the owner of VIP has still not replaced the pool parts nor cleaned my deck that his employee broke and dirtied. Also, it has been confirmed that the pool leakage is absolutely this companies fault. When the employee, or owner, left the bottom drain open he also pinched the O'ring around the pump skimmer and this is where the water had been leaking from. The person he had me call to "fix" the issue tried to take me for over $900.00 for what he said was an overhaul and actually was a $28.00 O'ring. The pump has been off for 6 months due to me not being able to afford the so called " fake repair needed". The pool is still full of the junk they put in it making it cloudy as is the new filter I had replaced at their request. I have maintained my chemicals and cleaning the pool by hand until I could get a reputable person. Pump remained off. It is very difficult to convey what an issue VIP has caused me over the last 6 months trying to afford a fake repair. honesty is not this companies policy! The last picture on this post is my clear settled pool but the black part of it is still his chemical laying on the bottom along with a picture of the goo in my filter from what ever it is he put in the pool that gunked everything up once I put the pump back on. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

José and Javier rescued my pool. The old homeowners never updated anything in the house so of course I was totally unsurprised when the ancient sand filter started blasting sand into the pool. Upgraded my old sand filter to a cartridge filter per their recommendations and a few days later my pool’s blue crystal clear sparkle had returned and is calling my name in this heat! Gotta give props to Jose who as at my house every day working magic to get rid of the milky opacity while also taking time to rinse off the new cartridge filter that was quickly filtering out and accumulating large amounts of thick beige paste-like residue (most probably due to the pool being a plaster finish which releases some of that finish whenever it’s shocked heavily… which I did do because of how green the pool was). For me it was all worth the effort so I can get back to my normal life and let the pros do what they do best. Will be having a pool party soon for sure. Thank you VIP Pool!!

Tampa VIP is the best pool service i have had in 15 years. I’m a building contractor and i asked my paver supplier who delivers the best quality service and they recommended VIP. I didn’t want to take chances after i refinished my pool. Javier runs a good company. Excellent service and excellent people. Five stars.
