Information we collect

When you request a consultation or callback, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested service, scheduling preferences, and message. We may also collect the page you visited, referring page, advertising click identifiers, and campaign parameters.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate service availability, create and manage a lead, provide customer support, send requested service communications, protect the form from abuse, and understand which advertising produces legitimate customer inquiries. Website tracking does not make automatic service, eligibility, or pricing decisions.

Advertising and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. Google tags may use cookies or similar browser technology to connect a website visit with an advertisement and measure page visits, form interactions, calls, and text-button selections. When enhanced conversions are enabled, contact information you submit may be normalized and securely hashed before Google receives it so Google can measure whether an advertisement produced a lead. Google forwarding numbers may be used to measure calls after an advertising visit. We retain first-party campaign attribution in your browser for up to 90 days.

Service providers

We may share information with providers that help us operate our website, customer-lead workflow, communications, advertising measurement, and pool-service systems. This includes our website hosting provider, Google, messaging providers, and PoolBrain. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Calls and text messages

If you choose to receive calls or text messages, we use your phone number to respond about your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing service. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Retention and security

We retain lead information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can limit cookies or clear browser storage through your browser settings. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to records we are required to retain.
